We currently manage a stretch of the upper Itchen river, where the owner and fishing syndicate alike engage in and native brown trout catch and release.

We understand the benefits of good habitat on the enjoyment of fishing. Enhanced riverine ecology means good bio-diversity, so your days spent on the river bank ensures you are immersed in the plentifully wildlife and good fishing.

Our own Aquatic Nursery was started in 2008 to provide native marginal for our own projects with substantial root ball plants. With stock grown from harvested seed and plugs gathered fron local catchments, to date we have used more than 35,000 3ltr pots on various projects and our base stock of 15,000 continue to grow.

These plants provide a matrix of resilient vegetation which ensures the stability of marginal habitat or bank protection works.
